Brandied Pineapple

Simmer 4 pineapple slices in a mixture of 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons brandy and 1 cinnamon stick for 10 minutes. Chill. Cut into chunks, if desired, and serve as a fruit accompaniment with ham, pork or chicken. (Recipe Continues Below)
