Microwave Hard Crack Candy

1 cup granulated sugar (Recipe Continues Below)
Combine sugar and Karo syrup and microwave on HIGH for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir and microwave on HIGH another 3 1/2 minutes. Add cinnamon oil and food coloring to taste and color desired. Pour quickly onto buttered cookie sheet. Once hardened, crack and put into a zip-type baggie with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and shake. |
